Madisonville Community College Benefits

Located in Madisonville, Kentucky, Madisonville Community College is a two-year college that offers a variety of programs. It is a member of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). It has four campuses and serves students in six counties, including Jackson, Lincoln, Muhlenberg, Nelson, and Warren. This college offers a wide range of associate degrees and certificates, including Licensed Practical Nurse Training and Information Science.

The college is also a participant in the College Access Program, which awards grants to Kentucky residents who are enrolled for at least six semester hours.

There are several other programs available to help students pay for their education, including the Federal Student Loan Program. These loans do not need to be paid back after graduation. The amount of money you receive will vary depending on when you apply and your financial need.

The Dual Credit Scholarship is another option that can help you save money on your education. This scholarship is available to undergraduates and covers 50% of tuition and fees for two courses per year. The scholarship can help you save even more if you take an additional course. This scholarship is only available for the 2023-2024 academic year.
